Cleaning lady’s knocking at 9:00 A.M. woke me up check out at 11:00.
Basic hotel. Ok for one night. But too too noisy! 1. The elevator was broken, so that we had to take another elevator at the end of the hotel to the 2nd floor, walk our way back to the front on the 2nd floor and take the stairs with our luggage to the 3rd floor, as the elevator at the back of the hotel was only going to the 2nd floor..... 2. The hotel is close to the motorway. Soooo noisy...... The staff tried to be helpful as possible with the broken elevator.

Although lovely room we would never stay there again. Check in very difficult. NO CARTS for luggage and so we had to struggle with that for 2 rooms. The handicap elevator out of order….walked our friend to her room which was a long distance for her and it smelled so badly of smoke we could smell it from the hall. We had to walk back to the desk and get another room. She was exhausted. On checkin they could not find my reservation and then 20 minutes later found it. Left in the middle of night thanks for not being advocates to us—we stay in many hotels and your hotel is banned from ou Renting to homeless and towels filled with scat placed on my door. Random men staring at our daughter while in pool. Coffee creamer rotten. Terrible. Bums hanging out around building There is a pool
The only thing good is the breakfast. I made a reservation a week in advance and still didn’t get the room I booked, I got 2 beds when I requested a king size room plus the elevator was broken and couldn’t use it and had to take the stairs. Very disappointed in the way I was given the last options when I had made my request sooner. Breakfast was good.

Booking.com and Denver Tech should make sure Refund was given back to customer Refund of my money because I didn't stay there / very unsafe condition I didn't stay there / I was almost robbed / homeless people around ground area/ piles of trash inside and outside of building

Overall was meh would not stay at this one location again. The AC in first room was not working , then was move to another room and to which AC was poorly running. Had to purchase a fan to help keep the room somewhat comfortable, the bathroom floors were dirty.The bed were pretty firm and the blanket felt like an window curtain. Close to Denver and things to do around it.
