Hotel that shows many positive aspects but is let down by poor uncomfortable mattresses. Very uncomfortable mattress that was very worn and sunken. One of the worst I've experienced. Good location. Large rooms. Helpful staff. Great shower.

disappointed room was right next to the side entrance and was noisy. The people next door to us were also noisy as well. another thing i didn't like was that the items they sell by the front desk change price. these prices change depending on what time and day you purchase the item or items. Very Poor Truck got broken into the first night. Filed a report with the police but when I told the front desk, very little to no empathy. No surrounding cameras around the building except for the very front. I didn't feel safe there and couldn't sleep. Shower was questionable of it was cleaned, there was hair from the previous guests in the tub. Walls are so thin I can hear our neighbor snoring. Was nice to be on the 1st floor. Multiple pillows.

Happy and sad Junkies all over and passing out in the stairwells, room wasn't cleaned very well at all had to clean the bath tub ourselves and jets didn't work needed vacuuming and no extra blankets, parking lot was so busy with hookers and dealers even in the snow storm didn't feel it was safe to even go smoke, pool wasn't very clean or hot tub ceiling looked like it was going to fall down due to water damage. Would not stay here again. After checking in, the room we were given was already occupied. When we went back down to the Lobby we were given another room complete opposite and we had reserved 2 queen beds, they were full beds. I called the front desk and was told they did not have double queen beds.
