Fair The bathroom vanity was not cleaned from the previous guest. There was still dried toothpaste on the coubtertop. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The TV never worked the entire stay. Maintenance tried to fix it as I was leaving but was unsuccessful. This after IT had tried all night. The hotel staff was very kind and apologetic and refunded my credit card the charge for the room. Very nice staff. They did due diligence to correct all the issues with my room.

awful staff poorly managed see above staff was inadequate incompetent and didnt care fire alarm at 130am caused an evacuation without explanation...only person on staff had been there 4 days and was clueless couldnt even keep cold water jug full in lobby staff too busy gossiping to help you worst LQ ive ever stayed at

Could no wait to leave 3rd time in a row house keeping did not clean and restock my room on a 2 night stay. I usually stay here every 3-5 weeks for 2 nights. I am now going to try someplace else. location

Lacks needed management. Changed my room when I got there that changed my rate to more than my book Lacks needed management. It’s all renovated which is nice, Given a “discount” on second night for the over charge. That room reeked of feces (rm 104) Vicki put me back in 133. Disgusted. However the customer service is good. The room was beyond filthy. It had obviously not been properly cleaned for a long time. Hair, dirt, dust, and most disturbing, dry blood on the floor next to the toilet. The interior design.

Other than the breakfast I wouldn't stay here ever again The staff people where really rude I tried to pay for one more night but they wouldn't except my visa card even tho it was the same card that got us our room but the lady want to be rude an start talking to me like I had no common sense I liked the morning breakfast an that was really all

all in all our stay was ok Prefer a sitting area in room, tv was very small Clean and comfortable

Won't do business unless way cheaper Bought room for week and was put next to construction. Prices for this specific hotel are too high for the quality of place your renting.

Find another place to stay. Where do I start? The facilities are rundown and need attention -- all the way from the front door to the pool and the rooms. The grounds need grooming and spiffed up. There were cigarette butts all over. Dead rabbit (part of one) laying by walkway to the side door. Doors slammed constantly. Nice outside area for sitting -- although the furniture was not comfortable.
