Disappointing Still having some issues checking in and out like it's funny in the morning when you go eat there's a bunch of people behind the counter talking at a quiet time when you're trying to enjoy your food and your coffee but when you're trying to get out nobody's there it's amazing The breakfast set up in person are very nice a little bit more variety would be appreciated and the Housekeeping did a great job don't forget to leave me some more detangler
Bad Truck got broken in to lost about 3000 dollars worth of tools. broke the lock on my truck door.

Got to love the ice rink almost slipped again and I did get stuck in my car because of the ice rink I didn't like when on the website I told the person I was going to pay with cash at the facility and she said I still need a credit card with cash on it so I had to go all the way to my bank after a long day at work deposit cash and come back and finally get my room I also told them in the notes that I had a handicap I slipped on the ice and busted my shoulder lo and behold their whole damn parking lot is ice rink and if there... read more

Bad Wasn't able to check in and stay. It wasn't until I had traveled almost 4 hours to the facility, that I find out from the front desk that they wouldn't take my card. I explained to them that it was the only one I had that I was able to use as my Bank Account had been hacked/compromised. I was "out of luck" and had to find a different hotel to stay at 9:30 pm Clean facilities
