Hotel is in a quiet area and that is the positive comment about our stay. Upon check in I had booked a handicap assessible 2 beds room. After chatting with Booking.com they said they had sent the request over. I called the hotel to verify. I was told they had the handicap room, but that booking.com had to call the hotel. Would probably go somewhere else next time The room smelled a bit stale and like old smoke. Guests in the courtyard from 1 am to 4 am partying loud and kept us awake both nights. The staff was friendly
Fair poor selection at breakfast location
very disappointed🥲 roaches in bathroom, mold in shower, beds were hard, hot tub jets broken and hot tub not hot, breakfast offered was awful. good location
Fair Felt unsafe, was approached in the parking lot on multiple occasions by panhandlers. Room was never cleaned, ran out of toilet paper and shampoo. Loud youth sports team was also on our floor being obnoxious till late at night too. Was able to hear them through the thin walls. Central location
Will not book again or refer anyone to stay there. The hotel has a nice court yard.. it could be absolutely beautiful if someone would actually do some work cleaning it up. The gazebo was horrible. It was dirty and didn't look like anyone had done any cleaning in months. The Pool and hot tub looked like you could catch something if you even attempted to get in it. Disappointing Said it had breakfast and did the bare minimum. Staff complaining at full volume at the front desk. Small room. Sink clogged up. Pool and hot tub were useable.
Not what I was expecting Very poor breakfast if you can call it breakfast. Small beds.
Overall, fairly unfriendly staff and overbooked hotel. The staff was clearly overworked and did not want to help with any of the problems we encountered. Our room was short two towels the entirety of our trip and they gave us bath mats instead and claimed they never had any new towels washed the whole time we were there. The building itself was nice and rather comfortable
