no. someone came banging on my door at 11:30 while I was in the shower setting off my dogs demanding to know if I was checking out. you shouldn’t bang on my door until 12. inappropriate and rude. i would not stay here again. the property was clean and nice, parking available

see above Cops showed up twice. I was treated terribly because I booked online. I was put on the 3rd floor with my dog and told there was an elevator. The fridge and phone and microwave did not work. In addition, the elevator was being worked on after we checked in. I had to carry my dog and luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. I asked if we could be moved down to the 1 st or 2nd floor and was told there was no availability. Misty, we are saddened to hear you didn't have an ideal experience. We will take your feedback and speak to the team to prevent this from happening in the future. It is true that 3rd party reservations cannot be extended manually in house so you do have to book another reservation and check back in. If you moved to a different room than yes, you would have incurred a second dog fee per our policy.

Rude staff, dirty and unsafe area SO dirty! Bedding, bathroom, and just the room itself was so disgusting. Pool area was nice.
