Disappointing Poor food, overpriced Friendly staff
Disappointing I asked for housekeeping services after our 4th day (6-day stay) but only got towels. We dumped our own trash. The hot tub jets didn't work and the temperature was lukewarm. Asked the desk clerk when it would be fixed and she just repeatedly said the hot tub is open. The rear door card reader was not reliable and several guests (including me) had to walk around to the front after a long tiring. Frustrating and irritating Location was good and IHOP across the parking lot
Disappointing How dirty was the room The location
it was good for what was needed which was sleep. the bed was super itchy. it took a while for me to get comfortable because the minute I laid down I started itching. it had a great view of the mountains.
I’ve never stayed anywhere so dirty in my life The room was absolutely filthy.. There were stains on the blankets that made me about throw up. The elevator was disgusting Location. Multiple ice machines

Bad walls were dirty of some sort of food spatter. bathroom door had no privacy could close the door only one night we got room service after that they didn’t return. fire alarm going off
Family vacation and sight seeing The breakfast was not good, we ended up getting some groceries for the mini fridge in the room. The beds were not very comfortable and were small, I thought I had reserved queen beds, these were not. One of the beds were very noisy when someone would move. I'm a light sleeper, so that was annoying. The hotel was a great location about 20 mins from all of our destinations we had planned. The staff was very friendly. Great coffee.
