Won’t be back. Staff half brain dead, loud noise from people above our room that took forever to resolve, breakfast simple, tv remote wouldn’t work half the time. Bed was comfortable.

We have stayed there several times and we’re pleased but this stay was unacceptable. Sheets were rough, mattress very uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and old, no soap , and there were beer bottle caps on the air conditioner. Location and friendly staff

We are waiting for our shipment of soap but we did have body wash in every room, I am terribly sorry about that. I am hoping that we get it today. I wish you would have expressed your concerns with your room while you were here, we would have gladly helped with the issues that you had or moved you into a different room.

Wouldn’t stay there again Rooms did not represent other LaQuintas I stayed out. There were dirty floors, white splatters on the wall. Broken lamp shade. We had to ask for another room because what they gave us was disgusting Breakfast

Awful There was no hot water. We were assured it’d be fixed, they sent a note that it was, then it wasn’t working the rest of the stay. My kids were swimming in the pool and another parent noticed an exposed wire in the water so they had to get out and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way or lock. We were told our stay would be generously discounted and nothing had happened. I feel we deserve a full refund for how awful it was. The location was good.

chaotic, the front desk was disorganized, beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was gross The girl at the front desk were giving out keys to rooms that were already booked. People were just walking in Pool Thats about it,

Will never stay here again. Did not have the breakfast. The Hotel was old and run down. Someone had been smoking on the 3rd floor where we stayed and the whole floor smelled like smoke.

Hello Dennis, thank you for the review, I am very sorry that you were not happy. We do have breakfast each morning at our hotel. The hours are Monday-Friday 6AM-9AM and Saturday and Sunday 7AM-10AM. I am sorry someone broke the rules and smoked in the hotel, we do try to hold the people accountable for that and do deep cleaning after anyone smokes in the hotel.
