Door couldn't lock, shower head wasn't the best. Fridge didn't work nor shut all the way and the charging station didn't work either. Ok I got a bad room...happens

Shower didn’t work. Floor was dipping in. Street light shines in room all night. Automatic light at entry kept kicking on all night. Neighbor slammed doors all night front desk was nice but she needed a lot of help too much going on at the front desk

Family Thanksgiving vacation It was good BUT the lobby carts sucked had 2 and were very worthlessness other than that everything was great especially breakfast
Our room was located next to the elevator. So we could hear everyone coming in and out all night. The refrigerator didn’t work inside the room nor did the ice machine on level 3. Our room keys didn’t work on our 2nd day and needed to be replaced. Roaches were found inside the bathtub
The hotel looked dirty and unkept. The lobby floor was filthy. We asked to see our room before checking in. It smelled, looked dirty with tattered furnishings. We didnt feel comfortable checking in and left.
