Hot tub and pool were freezing. Very disappointing. Check in was fast, efficient
Lights didn't work. The seating was dirty. There were never any towels available upon request. Breakfast was empty 15 mins after it started all days of my stay. Staff rude and not willing to help.
Main reason why we booked here was for the hot tub and the pool for the kids. The inside pool was freezing cold and the tub was not even lukewarm , and it was green with mold built in the concrete around. It also smelled like mop water. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty nice. Everything was stocked. Housekeeping didn’t clean after the first day. The second day I caught housekeeping outside and asked for a broom to sweep myself. The shuttle driver was extremely rude and used extremely offensive language when speaking to the airport employee over the phone as well as on person. Front desk check me into a room that was not properly cleaned. Housing keeping walked in to my room without knocking or announcing her self. Guest manifest with room number and guest names left unattended on top of the trush next to elevator exposing guest private information. This properly has the potential to be amazing but it will need to train it employee properly.
I was up most of the night because they had a bad motion detector in my room. Called the front desk she was no help at all.
The biscuits was burnt only complaint
Qas very clean pool was super cold and so was the hot tub. No towels for the pool area
The worst hotel ever I had to be moved rooms twice. Both rooms were absolutely horrible. I really feel like I should not have even been charged for the situation. The first room had a loud so they moved me and then we moved to the second room in the toilet leaked come and fix it. The maids woke me up by continuously knocking until I answer the door, the breakfast was not great. The pool was disgusting and full of black mold and so was the Jacuzzi.
