Terrible stomping upstairs called the staff and it just kept terrible service

Staff was very respectful. Easy access to highway and local shopping areas. We stayed at location for 3mights/4days. The worst part our stay was the room we were assigned. It was room 308 located next door to maids storage room. Looked like door was broken so whenever they walked in or out it slammed extremely loud. I don’t know how staff is okay with this. The hotel room was ok. Not the greatest up to date but our stay was not planned lomger than 2 nights. The ladies who cleaned our room were excellent but the night lady front desk was so rude! We asked for towels since none was stocked in the pool area. She went mouthing off to another coworker behind a wall at the service desk not knowing I was standing at the desk able to hear it all! I made my reservation over 3 months in advance and when i came to check in they kept confusing me with someone else. Every hotel I've been to does not help you or does not like to help you when you book through a third party app like expedia. They just say we can't do anything for you, you have to contact expedia since you belted with them.

First night could not get into my after checking in. Door keys not working had to go down three times until the person that check me in came up with me he try his master key din't work either. Also they told me that they was sold out. Finally the gave a different room but it was with two double beds. Not what i pay for it was supposed to be a king bad.
