Very dissatisfied with the man who was doing breakfast. People were getting their food and he was removing food away from them. Tried to get some juice for my daughter and he said no it is 9am. I said I apologize but you are just starting to clean may I please have juice and he said no. Will not be back.

I rented two rooms for a family vacation and one room the a/c didn’t work which is pretty uncomfortable in the Texas heat and was told by the front desk that we would receive a refund on the room for the first night and never received anything,there’s not enough parking to accommodate everyone and it’s kind of a sketchy area

Blankets had stains and very noisy place and the phone wasn’t working and no parking whatsoever . I don’t recommend this place to anyone .

The are was sketchy. The hotel was mediocre. Lobby doors weren’t working. Only one elevator for the whole hotel. Breakfast was terrible.

The room itself was clean, it was quiet, with the exception of the shower curtain that was worn at the top. The pool area needs some major help. Looks like it was undergoing some renovations and they just decided to stop. The gym needed a little attention but I was able to get a nice workout in. Our room smelled like smoke so we had to alert the front desk right away because neither myself or my husband smoke. The front desk was kind enough to bring us room spray. Lots of gnats in the bedroom along with blood on shower pillow
