Hallway smelled like cigarettes, was very disappointed that they stopped having an hourly shuttle to the airport from 1-4am. I booked this place partly for a free shuttle ride but had to pay $38.00 to an Uber for a 10 minute ride to the airport.
Hotel is very dated, beds not comfortable, hotel smelled like old and muggy, not a clean hotel, definitely needs repairs throughout the hotel and rooms. Will not stay here again.
The staff was excellent. Very professional and friendly. My challenges were more with the property. The toilet wouldnt stop running, none of the ice machines we tried were working, 2/3rds of the TV station said audio only and other minor challenges. The light int9 the room is also a motion detector so using the bathroom at night titns the light in the room on and woke thoae travelling wity mem There were just a few minor inconveniences but i dont think we will be back.
The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, there was make up stuff on floor behind toilet, under sink. Toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I could hear guy coughing all night next door, so I turned my tv on to drown out the noise. Upstairs sounded like an elephant walking all night long… noisy and dirty. Wish I’d picked another hotel
Bad Oder in hallway and room like a stinch odor . Tv half work and bed cover wasn’t clean . Breakfast was horrible cold eggs and meat
The hotel nor experience was what I expected, especially based upon the pictures given online. No other LaQuinta have I stayed at was at this level. It was very small, old, dark, and not in the safest or most comfortable area. Though, the staff was cordial.
Hay mucho ruido, huele mucho a marihuana adentro en las habitaciones en el pasillo y afuera, ruido a altas horas de la noche. En general es malo, no lo recomiendo.
TERRIBLE CHARGE 3 times FROM MY CREDIT CARD NOBODY IS ABLE TO HELP BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PROPERTY
