Needs some help Pros: nothing This location is in need of a face lift badly. Carpet was coming apart, shower had no water pressure, mattress was soft and lumpy. The desk clerk was more interested in her cell phone call than checking in customers. Location is difficult to get to and has no decent restaurants around it.

Bed bugs May 2017 We stayed at this LaQuinta on a layover in Dallas in May 2017, Room 209, I think. First, this review in no way is directed to the staff. In fact, they were amazing! The late-night desk clerk and the shuttle driver were awesome! However, please check with the hotel about the bed bug situation BEFORE you book. I was traumatized from the bed bug experience. I still have nightmares.

Fire Alarm Pros: Nothing Cons: A manager on site. Have trained staff and if not them have trained personnel with new employees. Managers call customers back when asked. We stayed there the night before my daughters cheer competition at ATT Stadium and the Hotel Fire alarm went off continuously for hours starting a little after midnight. Hotel staff were unable to silence it after hours going off and the local fire department finally had to come out and silence it. By this time it was almost 4am and a lobby full of people. Staff named Amit was rude. Pillow cases not washed Hard for me to consider La Quinta again. Unhappy experience overall.

Only if you like bugs Found bugs on the night stand and roaches on the bed..and their response: "I'm sorry let me take off $25 bucks." Ended up taking off 50$ but still would not go back!

Smelly, dirty, and stopped up Cons: The smell and the furniture. The room smelled like perfume. The chairs had a slightly sticky feeling. The sink was stopped up. The television was tiny. This was a horrible experience, and we will never stay at or recommend this location.

Loud Hotel 1 inch gap under door so you make sure to hear the room next to you like they are in bed with you. You can easily hear people stomping around above you. I had to wear earplugs. The refrigerator made terrible loud sounds, I had to unplug it. The microwave has an incredibly bright green display that illuminates the entire room, had to cover that up. Close to the airport Pros: New, cleanliness Cons: soundproofing Location: close to the airport The hotel was well maintained. The rooms weren't soundproofed to my liking. Could hear the person upstairs stomping around, kids running in the hallway. Woke up many time due to noises.

Won't stay again Very much at the low end of the hotel experience, but not priced like it. You can do much better for the money.
