Light in room by bed had switch problems. AC made extremely loud noises so bad we had to keep it turned off and got hot!

When someone stays for more than one night, the coffee needs to be refilled. I woke to realize I did not have coffee on day 2.

Bed bugs! Worst experience ever! After a day out all we wanted was to come back to the hotel and rest well didn’t last long. I started itching so bad we turned the lights on and sure enough the pillows had bed bugs and the rest of the bed as well. We looked in my moms room and sure enough they had some too. We went to front desk and all they said was they could get us our money back in the morning but they had no where else to move us to. So we showered and went to sleep in our car. October trip We have stayed at LaQuinta several times because it is a pet-friendly hotel. We have a small 17 year old dog who is blind. Everytime we stay at this hotel there is something wrong. This time we had water dripping from the ceiling in the closet and our clothes were wet. We told the front desk. There was no manager at the hotel so we were helped by the bus driver. One elevator. One very slow elevator. One way or another the room key machine failed to make keys for the room twice. My AC in my first room was broken. Staff was VERY nice and did their best. They cannot help, in my opinion, the things that happen, but a hotel isn’t a place you visit simply because of the staff.

There are no "normal" TV channels and no guide. No any major cable TV channels - couldn't get my daily news fix. To change channel takes several seconds to wait each time. You can only go up and down one station at the time. Couldn't get the AC switched off. Don't have to worry about bugs in the tap water: smells chlorine like municipal pool. Several cracked tiles in the bathroom. Water pressure in the shower to weak for me. Polystyrene coffee cups are child size.

Anonymous At about midnight I kept hearing banging from the room next to me with kids yelling. I left at about 1am. Very disappointed, usually have no issues when I have stayed there.
