Maid service was terrible / Room was never cleaned
All furniture is shabby and soiled from the lobby, dining area, and room. Who would sit on soiled chairs to eat breakfast? Shameful. The hotel smells musty. If you have allergies, don’t stay here.
Hotel was try to dubble charge me, after i had already fully paid to Expedia.
Staff was wonderful + greatly appreciated the shuttle from & back to the airport. However - air conditioner in the room barely worked, tiles on the bathroom floor were dirty & cracked, the room smelled like some horrible air freshener, hallways were filthy, elevator barely worked and outside the building was covered with palmetto bugs (VERY large cockroaches..). Would NOT recommend this motel to anyone. :(
It took more than an hour to wait shuttle (mini van) at airport. I also am very disappointed with Orbitz which did not provide hotel phone number with my itinerary
We had a horrible stay at this la Quinta. One reason the elevator was not working when we were trying to go up to the 3 rd floor. They did not bother to wake us up in the morning as I had requested. The elevator did not work when we were trying to check out. I to,d the desk clerk to make sure and write down all my complaints and she definitely did not write anything down.
Nothing to brag about it. The cost of the room was not worth it.
Never again This location did not come close to the hospitality ive experienced at other locations. Need new front desk people.
Bad marketing La Quinta advertises a free room after three stays. I joined their club but when I checked in I was told you had to book your room through their webpage in order to get the credit. Of course it is more expensive. It does not state this anywhere. I will never use la Quinta again
