Not to my expectations. A/C never got cool. Commode seat broken. Towels still damp from washing and drying.
Check in person was terrible with attitude, the pictures online differ from what is actually in the hotel, the breakfast was okay & the fitness center was a joke.
I didn’t like that they was working on or in a room paint and stuff was all in the hall. In our room the carpet was damp or wet didn’t have a pleasant smell or fell when your feet is wet.
This was a great property I would say call and double check what you reserved we reserved king size and got two queens but I think that was more Expedia’s fault then the hotels great place to stay
It was old, dated, dirty and NOT in a safe area. The pictures of the property were ver deceiving and I don’t think even the same property. The pool looked completely different.
The wifi connection would not work. Cable TV was terrible
unable to get info about shuttle at the airport and had to take a taxi. After check in and going to room, the room next door had a barking dog that the staff knew about and were trying to fill the room. Had to complain and then move rooms. Will not stay at this hotel again and certainly will not recommend it.

I had no issues with this property until the morning I had to check out. I had to catch a flight back home so I got up early to find bed bugs all over the pillows. I was disgusted. I immediately stripped naked, threw what I was wearing away and jumped in the shower. After that I took a look at the pillows and noticed old blood stains that I didnt see before so I know this was a problem before. When I went downstairs to check out I informed the guy at the front desk and he could care less. "I'm so sorry sir" is all I got.
