STARTED ON THE WRONG FOOT LEFT HAPPY! After a 17 hour flight from China and our luggage being left behind, I was expecting no more than a 15 minute wait for the shuttle that turned out being almost an hour wait, but we were so tired that instead of going elsewhere and losing money, we chose to bite the bullet and stick it out. Check in was slow with only one person behind the counter. Not a friendly greeting, felt like she was busy and I me being there made it busier. Biggest issue with the room was the HVAC. When on it was really loud, had to turn the TV volume up a lot just to hear it. Breakfast buffet was luke warm. Meats were like leather like they had been reheated multiple times.

Don’t let the outside fool you Needing a hotel close to the airport to leave for our honeymoon we picked the La Quinta because of proximity and their shuttle. Upon arrival I was greeted by a single staff member who seemed rather displeased with general goings-on around her. To follow the room we were given was clearly uncleaned, the hallways smelled faintly of smoke, and the elevator floor was soaking wet. Overall I was rather displeased with this stay. The only redeeming quality was the shuttle service to DFW airport.

BUGS, NOISY, HOT THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN MY ROOM - UNACCEPTABLE. PAPER THIN WALLS - I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING MY NEIGHBORS SAID. HOT - A/C DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY.

Pool and spa construction Pros: Location and breakfast Cons: Not misleading its customers Location: Airport, Arlington stadium, Six flags Hotel itself was decent. Both the pool and spa were under construction. When asked about it, they stated they were intentionally were not listing the construction on their website. This is false advertising. Breakfast was decent.

Overnight staff/manager was rude and not accommodating. Indoor pool close due to construcrion, but not advertised/disclaimed on the website nor communicated at check-in. Someone elses hair of a different texture was in stuck in a facial towel. Definitely wasn't worth the price when the only selling point of the hotel is the indoor pool and in a bad location. Booked this hotel specifically for pool. Pool was closed. Had to sit in lobby after long drive with children to find new hotel.

I was very disappointed by this hotel. First, the hotel smells moldy and the 3rd floor smelled like wet dog. Second, our restroom sink was clogged, I advised the staff who stated they would fix the issue, which never happened. Third, the pillows were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Fourth, not only did the halls have an unpleasant odor, but so did our room.

Great hotel with unfortunate experience The hotel was very nice and updated. The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that our A/C was VERY loud every time it shut off or turned on. They could not fix it to stay on even though there is a selection for "constant fan". They told me that AC's don't just stay on, but I know this is untrue as I work in a hotel and have used many air conditioners in many homes.
