room smelled like smoke key to room didn't work for 30 min when we got there toilet broke for 2 days and no one fixed it
Was in room literally less than 1 hr only to discover the bed was infested with bed bugs. Complained to front desk and was told no manager was unavailable and that nothing could be done . Will never book at the property ever again
I didn't appreciate that when we got there there was no continental breakfast nor the pool was open I do understand the covid-19 is going on but they shouldn't be taking customers or that should be told upfront it should be plastered up front I should have been a made aware of that up front if there was no pool and no continental breakfast very very disappointing
Our room was filthy! The hallways of the hotel appeared not to be vacuumed for weeks. The carpet in our room had clumps of hair and fuzz. The tub had a substantial amount of old soap buildup and there was a clump of brown hair in the drain ( I’m blonde and my husband is gray). The furniture was dirty and old with lots of chips and scratches. We would NEVER reco this hotel. Wyndham should be ashamed
We didn’t stay here my wife felt like we weren’t welcomed. 1st the didn’t give us a kind bed. They have 2 people two queens( a married couple) I didn’t think much of it it only one night. But then they gave us the wrong room, someone was already in this room. 10 minutes later, the lady at the front accused my wife of stealing. I was getting the bags from the car, I see her come out very upset crying that we need to go now. It was her birthday day and all she wanted to do was get away from the kids and her family for one day.... read more
Not sure the impact Covid19 had but my room was not cleaned during my stay... And I had to change rooms as original room didn't have piping for sink???? There was garbage or dirty linen left in the hallway... I will never stay at this hotel again... Not sure if I will ever stay at a La Quinta based off this place
