had better nites I was not impressed with the hotel or the service. The room next to me was smoking pot which made my room smell. The staff wouldn't do anything about, move me to a new room or call the police. The restaurant next door was pretty good. They have a nice selection of sushi. And the Mexican place across the street has a great menu. Other than the location of the hotel next to the highway I would not recommend staying here.

Walls too thin Room was nice and comfortable but the walls were so think we heard both our neighbors TVs, the microwave, their conversations and even their intimacy (if you know what I mean!).

Just ok Would I choose to stay here, no. It was the only option for getting a room in the middle of the night.

LOUD! Got a room on the second floor right near elevator. There was also a party going on at a private room a few feet away. Could hear people shouting and running down hallway all night even with a noise machine on. Additionally, my girlfriend woke up with bug bites on her arm. Breakfast and service were good, but not enough to make up for a horrid night of sleep. Won't be back.

Nice staff, terrible room The elevator and the hallway getting to my room smelled like a middle school locker room. Room smelled and I am still concerned about the stuff on the window. My family and I usually go to the pool then leave the hotel, but as soon we woke up, we grabbed our belongs and left. I showed the front desk woman the picture of my room window, she adjusted the bill.

AC unit too noisy, unable to sleep Had to turn the unit off at 3:00am. But then the noise from the highway traffic outside !! Also when we checked in, there was this strange guy lingering in the long long hallway. Weird and a bit scary.

Horrible This place was horrible it was nasty it smells like dog rooms look like they’re falling apart the walls were crack...We booked a room here in Expedia and when we got there we was told that there was no rooms available so they end up giving us a room that was already reserve but the person had not arrived yet. Then to top it off not even 10 minutes of being in the room me and my boyfriend was laughing and the person next-door was banging in our wall several times it was just the worst experience ever... Never again. Pros: noghing Cons: Can't be done due to location Location: Willowbrook Mall only good thing Bad location - thugs as customers - dead leaves blown into side entrances

Not a 3+ star experience The hotel is located between two highways and is run down. The rooms themselves weren't bad but certainly not 3.5 stars as indicated. The hallways were poorly lit and the the carpets stained throughout. The walls in the hallways and stairwells had holes and cracks. Half of the electronic keyed doors didn't function. Breakfast was dismal. It felt like a truck stop motel and I wondered if I would get robbed in the parking lot.
