The pool wasn’t available, shower wouldn’t work, room and entire facility was dirty/disgusting they had buckets because ceiling was leaking in many places

The hotel was incredibly dirty, there were ants in our bathrooms that seemed to come out of nowhere. This is a pet friendly hotel but even so you need to vacuum to keep up with the pet hair. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I was so disappointed.

Austin was very helpful he is a great ambassador to the property. The pool was down so we missed out on 2 days of pool use. The updates were nonexistent. Nobody knew what was going on. Very disappointing.

The pool and elevator were out of service, property definitely needs to be fixed (pot holes in parking area). Bathroom needs to be cleaner ( shower curtain smelled, baseboards were dirty, toilet seat loose and breakfast ran out of food and lobby should be cleaned once in a while).
