No hay wifi , hay que pagar el servicio Muy bueno que ofrecen el servicio de traslado pero no lo usamos porque rentamos carro

We arrived to check in 11:00 pm , and check out at 4:00 am , only a few hours. Evertthing its ok , but we ask at front desk for a taxi, and Í believed and trust , and waiting at the lobby for the taxi , and the taxi never come, and I went late to the AirPort, I decided down load Uber Apps I am not very sybernetic with the app , but I request the uber . Finally its done. The hotel personnel dont worry about my situation . I think the sleep at the back ok the front desk.

Room was nice for a night after our cruise before flying home the next morning. Was disappointed that the pool was shut down (was not noted when reserving). Even if there would have been lounge chairs outside we could have layed out on would have been nice. Left before breakfast was served so no review on that. Wish it wasn’t a cashless hotel. Needed change and none available.

Pool closed and not infirmed at booking, i would have gone elsewhere. They could have brought lounge chsirs out to grassy area. I v was told i could still sit near pool but locked up. Air conditioned did not cool. Bed was horrible!!!! My door handle fell off in my hand! Will probably never vook there again.

No airport shuttle after 11 pm, took an uber , it's about $25 Gentleman at front desk very kind, room clean and comfy

Shuttle was good, I did have a fire alarm on my first night, at 3:00am I was on the 6 Level, I work up in panic mode walk down 6 Floors waited until it was ok to go back up the my Room, walk up 6 Floors. That morning I asked Front Desk what was the cause, It turned out to be a false alarm. The Clerk promised me a free night from my 4 night stay, I emailed mailed the Manager twice and I have not gotten a reply from her, nor have I gotten any free night.
