Airport shuttle easy and friendly staff

Clean room. Breakfast was average nothing fancy here fruit cereal and coffee milk. Nice pool and hot tub. Cheap clean place to stay a night. I would only walk around this neighborhood during the day. Couple of gas station convenience stores down the street if you need to grab any soda or snacks (the hotel store was pretty much empty)

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms need a USB plug added for those who forget their plug. The elevator was a bit frustrating as it was so slow getting to the floors.

Needs some updates especially the shuttle service. Van very old with mildew and mold. Room also needs updates.

Our experience with acquiring the shuttle from the airport was very disappointing. Called the hotel three times, choosing the correct option, and nobody ever picked up the phone. We finally had to take a cab to the property and the attendant there did answer the phone once while we were there concerning the shuttle. Other members in our party had a similar experience only after the phone was picked up they were hung up on and the shuttle never arrived for them either.
