Airport shuttle was easy, clean room staff very friendly and a great breakfast
Yes after we found out were the station was. The air in the room was good
Hallway carpet smells bad on third floor. Bathtub had stains and the room carpet had a weird smell.

Everything’s good but they asking to pay for the wifi and I can’t watch TV

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The decor is a little old fashioned but the room was clean, which matters more than decor. The complimentary airport shuttle is a great help. The reason I haven’t given five stars is that on two occasions the card would not open my room door and I had to trudge back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. This was a little annoying.

The two ladies who checked us in were not friendly at all and very rude. No smile. No "welcome". There was NO water and the food coolers were completely empty. Our family had to wait for the front to make sure their rooms were ready and it was 7pm at night! Uncalled for! Not a friendly place at all. Then another lady came out to the front, not sure if it was a worker or not. Started arguing with the front desk lady and the front desk ladies were so rude. We will NOT be staying at this location EVER again!
