Older but very nice hotel. Breakfast was the exact same everyday but it was nice having juice and coffee. A few restaurants nearby that were walkable as well as some big box stores. We would stay here again.

My rooms door handle was broken so I couldn’t get in but they never hesitated to help me and resolved the issue

Upon first arriving staff was good , I had two rooms reserved got one about an hour before check in which was nice. Second room was not ready so I told them I would be back and to take their time cleaning, when I returned they gave my room to someone else and I told them I wanted to be by my kids on the second floor but they put me on the fourth, okay whatever it was for one night. The view to the water was beautiful. Hotel stuff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is very outdated, dirty, with broken hair fan, constant knocking noise from air conditioning above that made it challenging to fall asleep. The breakfast also was of poor quality and juices tasted like they were diluted with water. Extremely dirty carpets, but beds were very clean.

The room the bathroom the breakfast options. The amenities everything need improvement they are outdated and old and rusty the ceiling in the bathroom was about to break open the tub was rusty the shower curtain torn n dirty. The staff by the name of Ashley doesn’t know how to speak to people and is biased towards caucasians
