Some one broke into my truck tool box stole all my tools i will never stay at that hotel.
Very close to small stores. Easy access to freeway Very nice welcome from staff. Asked for a change for pets and the experience went bad from there. Room dirty from all areas . The worst stay since I been recommending the hotel. 😏
Close to stores The staff was nice but when I woke up the next day I had bumps on me like I was bit by bugs. If they allow pets, it should be only in certain rooms...I will not stay at that location again....
The hotel smelled, the elevator was extremely slow, and the rooms were clean but dusty. My main complaint is the smell. It was was bad.
All that glotters is not gold. Unhelpful staff. TV remote not working-one channel. If you need anything , you are on your own.
Convenient to the airport The hotel was very convenient to the airport. The hotel is well used. The door had issues closing and I never did get the deadbolt to work. The room was a nonsmoking room but the hallways smelled bad. We found a chocolate bar stuffed in the air conditioner. The staff was friendly and breakfast was decent .
Very rude staff! My family stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff on the weekend was extremely rude. I would rather pay a little more somewhere else than deal with the kind of people they have working here. Left a message for the GM but no surprise never received a call back. Stay anywhere else but here.
Our reservations were wrong. Pros: Not to much because our reservations were wrong Cons: Get the reservations right Location: We were there to go to a concert, this was as close as we could get and then they messed up our reservations. Our reservations were wrong. The hotel did not seem to care that I paid for the room a month in advance and I had a receipt for two queen beds. When I went to check in they told me I had 1 king bed. Electronics not working Pros: Nothing....location is bad Cons: upgrade facilities Location: Very shady area. The Tv did not work and had to move to a new room once i had unpacked
