Staff was friendly, Room was clean & bed were comfortable. Only negative was room smelt odd when we first went in it. Opened window and all was fine. Shittlw and onsote parking were quick and easy. Would stay here again
Had the room booked for over a month they call me the day of and cancelled (mentioned another name in voicemail). I called back 10 minutes later they cancelled my reservations. Trying to say my card declined but I’m sure they Overbooked. They didn’t even try doing anything to help.
This place was very drity people were very loud at this place I understand everyone want to have a good time but when you have kids it's a totally different story the food was cold and awful.... I will never be back at the place
Dried up booger’s all over the shower curtain. Brown stains on our towels(looked like someone had wiped there.. you know) so we went to cvs and bought our own. One tiny bottle of shampoo was given with one bar of soap. So we had to buy more at cvs next door as well. Breakfast was served till 10am the first day we were there. It was good. Next day we got up they were closed and said they stopped serving at 9! We said we should of been informed of the time change. So we had to go buy breakfast too. The pool had a terrible stench as if it had not been properly cared for in some time. Also, our AC unit for our room did not work well, and the scrambled eggs were horribly soggy at breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional though. We were in the end overcharged incorrectly for the room and then strangely the charge disappeared. Quite stressful and strange.
When we arrived the room we were given have not even been cleaned. The person did move us however to another room and was very professional he was the staff on third shift. However they did not let us know if there was a soccer team staying there the children were younger and we were rowdy they were screaming and hollering up and down all the hallways and when we complained they said well it’s a soccer team as if that was good enough they should not have allowed them to run all over the place screaming hollering and being ex... read more
The price for our stay. We had car trouble and stopped at several hotels but they were booked. Ended up going to this hotel but they wouldn’t accept the Expedia price unless I booked it through Expedia. My family was waiting for quite a while in a courtesy van with all our luggage and a five year old.
