The staff was very friendly. But did not make up for terrible condition of the hotel. Really disappointed in La Quinta. They used to be so good.
The bathroom door was very hard to close.There was no ironing board in our room.The phone wasn’t working at all.
I needed to cancel one night if my reservation because if the weather canceling a soccer tournament., they wouldn’t. I paid in full on Expedia., the front desk charged $261.10 so now making sure it does not go in. They made a mistake but how do you make that big of a mistake. Room had a fresh coat of paint., wasn’t sure if we could last. Bed was comfy or we were just really exhausted and pool was nice.

Lack of communication between staff. Loud construction on the second floor. Two dogs were barking on the second floor for about half an hour. Upon check out staff had no record of my stay in a room, although I had pre paid for a room in advance online; and the previous staff had no issue with my check-in. Yet another staff insisted that somehow there was no record of my stay in their system.

Terrible hotel. Under construction. No internet. Check In was delayed.
This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at EVER. The staff was no help. The room I was given was completely trashed. Food everywhere, piss in the toilet, SO NASTY. The second room I got, the air was barely working. Plugs wouldn’t work. HORRIBLE Hotel. The staff was also no help.
The room smelled like a locker room, the air condition was barely putting out cool air. The furniture in the room was worn pretty bad.
