When we got to our room after check in, we noticed that the curtains had mold on them and the room smelled like mold. We told the woman at the front offic, she didn’t apologize about it and just told us she could put us in another room. We went to our new room and the curtains in that room had mold on them as well. We told the woman at the front office again but she didn’t offer to put us in a different room or do anything about it. We paid over $100 for the room we shouldn’t have had to worry about mold.

Never again! Upfront, I actually stayed in many La Quinta hotels before last 5 years all around US, traveled with family a lot. But after this... I booked an payed 1 double queen more than a month earlier to make sure we have appropriate place to stay over the weekend, I knew this will be a busy weekend for hotels, we stayed in this hotel around same time last year. I was in room 224 and the people above us were very loud at 6am-7:30. We could hear every footstep and the roof would squeak very loudly every time they would walk on it. It was very annoying and prevent us to sleep and enjoy our stay.

There was a ugly smell in one of the rooms. I told the front and they changed my room right away.

Disappointed There was an issue with the fire alarm for an hour about midnight. I called a few days later to talk to the manager about the ordeal and he would not take my call, nor has he called me back. I have attempted several times to call and speak to him, however I have yet to get a hold of him. Very disappointing!!

Bad night Feb 10 2018 Bad sperience, could not sleep, alarm sistem sound, people fighting knoking doors, police arrive reset the alarm sistem, terrible staying at this hotel, to much noise thet night.

Not happy with the stay. Went to bed and was woken by the fire alarm. Went downstairs to find that it was something in the kitchen and the clerk could not turn the alarm off. He had to open the doors to let the smoke out. Never received an apology nor acknowledgement. Not even when I checked out. Whatever the reason for the smoke it was an employee's mistake. So when woken out of my sleep was not able to go back til 4am and had to be at work at 9:45am. So did not rest well at all.

I plan this trip with about 3months to experience that in the hotel they have roaches and the staff when I approach them they looked at me like wat ever I spoked to the manager she said she was going to do something to amend the situation and she did nothing there is no extra blankets in any room and the lady that works in the lobby for breakfast is always in the phone that is not acceptable and it's very rude.

Horrible Switched rooms 2 times. First room the account didn't work the second room was dirty the third room the account wasn't working the next day it was replaced. Hotel wasn't the cleanest. There were ants everywhere outside which bit my kids. For the money I paid it wasn't worth it. I'd never stay at this location again.
