For 87 bucks I expected a clean room and a lot more, I did not receive that. The carts were extremely dirty and broken. The beds were full of stains. The window on the ground level was unlocked and there was a car that appeared to have homeless people staying in it outside. There was no breakfast do yo covid however we have been traveling a lot throughout this and every other place offered individual wrapped items. Also there was no pool do to covid. The staff was friendly. The entryway was clean.

Fair N/a No cable no blankets for sofa bed only 2 chanel's no breakfast

Rude Unprofessional Front Desk Person. I stayed two nights on June 1st & 2nd 2020, with no working cable TV in the room. On the second night June 2nd @ 7:35pm, I approached the front desk person, a pregnant female latina, (I describe her because I didn't get her name) and told her that I needed a way to contact the manager. She told me that the manager could not be contacted by e-mail, phone call or anyway at all. She told me that she didn't need the hassle. She was nasty and unprofessional. Bad How dirty it was. Shower still had conditioner on walls from who knows how long. It was disgusting! It was so hard we couldn’t get it off. There was hair on our bed. Couch cushions had stains on them. Hallways and rooms stunk. Location

Bad We got to the room and they had no water and then they got the water on but said there will be no hot water till Monday with no Compensation for anything!!! Still paid full price! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Bad No hot water, beer in my fridge and wasn't mine, cable wasn't working they couldn't figure it out I did, no rod in the closet to hang my clothes on, heater in room didn't work. Some one had alarm set to go off @ 6am and it wasn't us. Key to room didn't work one night when came back. If needed to take shower had to go next door for the warm water. Looked like gross stuff in bottom of pool. Nice people. Checkout time. Breakfast.

Bad Arrived early Friday evening & realized that I had booked the wrong location. Front desk clerk said he couldn't cancel Saturday & needed to call back & speak with manager the next day. I tried calling several times & no answer so was driving by location & stopped by & spoke with someone at the front desk she sent a message to GM & never received a call back. Fair Each time I've stayed I always have to come to check-in and get my key reactivated. Not pleasant coming back downstairs after a long and hard day at work. And Booking.com don't provide customer-friendly or printable receipts so don't use them. Hotels.com puts a receipt right in your email inbox.
