Found some bed bugs the last day I was there and some of the girls at the front counter were super rude when we were che My bed was dirty when I arrived and the sheets didn’t even get changed

Disappointing The front desk clerks was very rude to the guests and there were stains on our blankets.

Bad I didn't stay at this location for two reasons. First, according to the clerk on the phone, the reservation was not present for an unknown reason. Possibly because my card was compromised and had to be cancelled before my stay. Second I chose to stay at another La Quinta location in Rifle Co. That stay was just right. No complaints. Quiet and comfortable

Bad Everything! They say its a 2 star hotel, more like a 1 star at best. It was dirty, the staff was below average, and the manager was anything BUT professional. He was rude, and had no customer service skills! Nothing!

Didn’t really like it not going back. The rooms were really dusty had the whole family sneezing when we first arrived. Nobody at front desk waited about 15 minutes for somebody to show up. I asked other employees where is the front desk lady and they said I don’t know didn’t even bother to go look for her gave me an attitude about it. Poor Property was outdated. It was right in the middle of a truck stop. The view from my window was five semi-trucks with trailers. ???
