Never again It was extremely dirty. My baby was crawling in our room and her knees and feet looked like she had been playing in a dirt pile! The staff was not friendly. Pool area was dirty. The pictures made it look great. I am very disappointed for the price we paid. It was a place to sleep
Pretty shabby Elevator broken so we got a handicap room on first floor. Shower was very dark. No soap dish. Sink area very small with no counter space. I really feel bad for anyone in a wheel chair. No restaurant nearby. Poor area. Outdoor dog area good
Trains, Dumpsters, and AC. The comforter was stained, parking was limited, AC was noisy and someone decided 06:00am was the perfect time to dump the dumper and wake everyone up. Staff was friendly, free breakfast and the bed was comfortable.
Way overpriced Pool, spa, noise from highway. Breakfast eggs, no house cleaning came Bed was super comfy
Our stay was as expected for the price. The lock on the hotel room was broken. No cups in the room. Had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign.
Fair We had to switch rooms 3 times to get a working TV. Had to call staff 3 times to come help. They were not helpful is figuring out how to fix TV connection to internet and cable. Probably took 1 1/2 hours to get us into a room with a working TV. Size of rooms. Breakfast.
It was a huge let down! When I arrived we were informed by a very unapologetic desk lady that the hot tub and pool were out of service- which was the reason I chose that hotel! She then stated it was Bookits responsibility to inform us of that. the bed.
Disappointing The pool/ hot tub had a hose in it. I called the next morning asking if it was available for use, they said yes. So went down and the hot tub was 38 degrees and there was a cutting blade just sitting on the table.
Okay Floors were cracked, and bedding was visibly worn. Spacious room .
