I was expecting much better than what I had. Room service was very poor. No water bottles in the room and coffee machine was smelly and dirty. Too much of noise coming in the room for generator or somethings. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Bad Somebodys old pizza in the microwave. There was ttrash under both beds. There was a cob web above the tv . there was hair in the bathroom floor carpet was wet by bathroom door. Just need ppl to take there jobs more seriously and clean right we pay r money to stay there the least they can do is clean right. The location
Would like a refund Didn't have toilet paper ,no pool or sauna Rude customer service , when we asked for toilet paper. Went there because the pool and hot tub. Asked for adjoining rooms , didn't get that.

Sad just disclose pool and jacuzzi was closed Pool and Jacuzzi not working, sink wouldn't drain right mold on the soap holder in the shower. Was told a time for breakfast and it was wrong. Really wish the shut down of the Jacuzzi would have been disclosed we picked this hotel so after we walked the Denver Market all day we could get in the Jacuzzi. Location to my business
