Would not choose them again, we deserve a refund.......... Room we were given first, we found the toilet was broken and missing parts. (handle was broken and missing inside arm) Had to take it apart to get it to flush. Second room had no water to sink and no soap. Staff was nice and apologetic for the inconvenience.

One night Location is just off the interstate in a commercial area. Limited access to restaurants, etc. Pet friendly
Awful Customer service, rude staff Charged more than quoted with booking.com. room did not get cleaned during our visit. When requested clean towels was told there was none they were being washed and would be delivered once they were done washing however never received towels. Tried to wash towels myself, however I asked the staff of they sell laundry soap she said usually they do however she would call me and let me know if she had some or not and she never called. Poor Terrible location- next to busy interstate, loud, and sketchy looking from the outside. Inside of hotel was FILTHY- walls were dirty, bathroom doors had dirty water marks down them, and there was a wet bath mat in our bathroom. I don't even want to think about the bedspreads or the sheets I slept on... Entire hotel smells like they are trying to use something to cover up the underlying scent of cigarette smoke (even though hotel is "smoke free"). I would not go back there! The sink was stopped up, the stool wouldn't flush-inside the tank the handle was wired. I called to get it fixed and it stopped right back up. (sink) the stool wouldn't flush right ever. The room smelled horrible. I booked there because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was cold and wouldn't turn on. I asked them to fix it , they didn't! They closed the pool. My grand kids were very disappointed. I asked for a discount and they wouldn't give me one. I paid over $300 for the three nights!
Do Not Stay Here! The pits!!!! This location was out in a business district with nothing around it. We couldn't even have dinner that evening because there was nothing around except a Shell station across a grassy field next door. We were scheduled to take a very early flight the next morning and the hotels around Denver Airport are very scarce.
