Pleasant That the hotel waited to add up all the nights until the end of the stay. Instead of charging when the hotel was booked. It really messed up my finances. The food was wasn't hot. Luke warm at best.

Okay front desk employee understood my situation and was very kind
Overall Pleased The girl at the counter was VERY Rude...she did not explain how to get WiFi connected...I had to go ask her and she actually threw a card toward me and said it is on your card, it looks like this one...still No explanation on how or where to use the # on the card...She needs to Learn how to deal with People! Everything else was Great...including the girl that We checked out with and the Breakfast was Very, Very Good, Lot's of Variety.
Not staying here again! The place needs to be fumigate seen a lot of bugs even a rat coming out of the main entrance! The fist morning breakfast was the best. The other 2 mornings not great! The lady doing the breakfast seem like didn’t care. Couldn’t keep up and food was always running out. She even had time to sit down and ate the breakfast that was provided for us customers along three other employees and took an hour of breaktime eating and gossiping! Staff friendly, cordial, always cleanig, asking to help. Housekeeping staff looked sharp in their u Bath too small. Tub shower hard to access. Drink machine broke..not cooling!
My family and I will not be staying there again. Well I was treated very disrespectful when I checked my family in. I didn’t get the room I reserved 2 days pier that I booked online. The front desk gave excuses of why I didn’t get what I reserved and paid for. The other house keepers made disrespectful comments to my husband and I. The pool had to much Corine and couldn’t swim or injoy the hot tub. The pool area Bleached our swim wear. Never had towels in the pool area. Disappointing I generally have a great stay at any LaQuinta. They have always been a consistently great place to stay. Won't stay at this one again. Looked like a retrofitting of a 60's hotel that went wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The stay was miserable. Room was terrible. Very rundown hotel. One of the beds had a huge crater in the mattress. The walls were patched in places and the patches were not painted over. Nothing about this hotel was likeable
