The only thing that made my stay bearable the staff was friendly and accommodating. The day of checking in I request room changed twice for the following reason -1st room the entrance door to the room did not closed properly must slammed very hard to close. - the 2nd room smell cigarette smoke the bathtub was rusty and unable to open the closet door. -The 3rd room was manageable closet door is a size of broom closet and can’t open fully. Disappointing
Terrible customer service, rude and not knowledgeable about service dogs. Do you want me to leave my I ended up not staying at this hotel even though I had paid for it. This was due to the fact the desk clerk stressed me out with arguing with me about my service dog I had with me insisting it was not a service dog even though I had the card and vest. Asking all kinds of inappropriate questions that should not be asked and then telling me he was charging me $100.00 for the dog. All of this carried on in front of other custome... read more

Disappointing
False advertisement motel. Do not stay here! There was a large hole in the hallway that they just put a rug over. Didn't even warn us. I sprang my ankle into the room. Also we ended up leaving and never got a refund after we were told we would. Nothing at all this place was not like the pictures on the internet site. It was shady and scary and stank really bad.

Doubt I would stay there again. The lighting in the room is horrible. Shower spout pulls out of the wall and the shower door rubs on the floor. They used ceramic tile on the floors, so they chip and crack everywhere. Staff was fine. No eggs for breakfast for two days. Breakfast staff was very nice. Can't find anyplace to pick up food at night unless you like Mexican food.
