Poor policy, poor customer service. I didn't have the ability to cancel my reservation 30 minutes after it was made even though the hotel could not accommodate my reservation. The person at the desk was of no help. I booked the room on line for 8/7 - I was traveling after midnight when I booked it. I arrived on 8/7 at 1 in the morning and was told there were no rooms and that my booking was for after 3. It did not say this at the time of booking (at least not in an obvious location). Was terrible! My daughter and I were sleeping. At 11:30 there’s a loud knocking on our door, woke us up and really scared us! We got up and checked out of the hotel!
Annulation abusive L’hotel a annulé ma reservation à 19h le jour même car ils ne parvenaient pas à débiter ma carte bancaire. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise en arrivant à 22h, nous avons dû trouver autre chose en catastrophe.
I honesty expected more for the price I paid. The elevator made loud, worrisome noises and is old. The carpet throughout the hotel is stained and filthy. The room I stayed in needed a lot of upgrades. The walls were patchy, the doors needed to be close/open with force, and the furniture was either tilted/loose or needed props to stay close/open. The staff was kind, helpful, and polite. The breakfast had a small dining area and variety was minimal but everything tasted good.

Won't happen again. Traffic noise, run down facilities. A\C unit was very load and blew right on the bed. Could not adjust vent .

Rooms were ok, but all other pics of property were deceiving. Hotel needs updates. You cannot put a Wyndham name on it an keep La Quinta deco. It needs updates to elevator, floors, carpets. Breakfast was good but could be better on selection for pasteries
I wouldn’t stay here again. Our room was never serviced. We had towels taken out of our room without being replaced. Trash was never picked up. I know this is Colorado, but the third floor smelled like weed constantly. The jets in the hot tub also weren’t functional. The pool was functional
