You pay for what you get, but I should have been charged less. The entire room felt outdated, no big overhead ceiling light so it felt dark, only one bar of soap (you can use it either for your hands or body, thankfully we had our own) and we got the first floor so the curtain has a an opening on the side that people can potentially see through it (we had to put our bottle to press down on the curtain). Worst hotel I’ve stayed at for not a cheap price. It was dirty, smelly, cracked walls. Cheesy security cameras that look like Walmart specials with the wires everywhere. Stains on the chairs in the rooms. Toilet wouldn’t flush, soaps were all different kinds, lotion dispenser was empty. I left a day raisins the front desk guy said they won’t refund me even though they know it’s bad. The coffee tasted burnt. Nothing
Wouldn’t recomend. Room smelled like car fragrance and bleach. Bathroom and closet door were both broken and would close. Curtains wouldn’t close/missing.
My visit to hell. The room we was assigned. Wasn't even ready when we arrived. We entered the room and the bed wasn't even made. All the bed cloths were pulled in the bathroom floor. So they gave us another room. We got to that room. And the air conditioner wasn't working. Every time we left the room. We had to have our key card. Re keyed in order to get back in our room. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. If you are looking to stay near Denver, go somewhere, anywhere else. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was located in an industrial area, near a highway so expect some noise. I got in late and my TV didn't work, the error message said I should call the front desk. So, I go to call the front desk and see that the phone also does not work. So, I go downstairs and luckily got the front desk clerk to come up and temporarily get the TV working.
