Not great but would try again Bad experience with shuttle service and when I got to hotel, the attendant knew I was not happy with her. The biggest problem was that the pictures and description on Booking.com were NOT what we received. Don't know if it was a hotel problem or booking.com problem. Not sure I will trust booking.com again before calling hotel to confirm. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable

Slecht tot zeer slecht. De verlichting is ongezellig fel LED. Het personeel is ongeïnteresseerd. Het ontbijt was slecht, een kwartier voor afloop was er NIETS meer. Op mijn verzoek om brood kreeg ik het antwoord: er is niets meer! De locatie is het enige positieve.
Strange man roaming the halls I was approached by a man in all black on the fifth floor who was just standing in the hallway at 4am silently. He was still standing there when I came back to my room. He asked me if I touched him when I passed him and walked towards me. I went into my room grabbed my gun and called the hotel desk to get him removed from my door. I will never come back to this hotel where anyone can just walk in off the street and roam the halls looking for trouble

The staff weren’t very friendly, the shuttle driver drove so unbelievably fast and terribly, our entire family were petrified and he literally threw our luggage at us out of the boot. Fair La ducha tenía manchas de jabón bastante antiguas, se notaban q no la habían limpiado. La toalla para los pies tenía manchas que se veían a simple vista, muy difíciles de no ver al momento de colocarlas. El olor del baño no era propiamente a limpio. Y el refrigerador botaba mucha agua. Cómo se veían el cuarto en general, bastante arreglado. Cuarto 502
Disappointing The front desk clerk told me the room - 105 did not have a hairdryer. Wrong! Morning checkout clerk said otherwise. Room coffeemaker did not have a lid causing HOT WATER to be ejected all over the refrigerator and floor. NO desk or chair in the room. Did not do breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
