They never cleaned our room Nothing Everything
Dreadful I did not get the room I was promised, though apparently it was still “deluxe”. Which it was if an unclean bathroom with a stained loo seat, wet flannels and used soap for toiletries and a sheet pinned to the window in lieu of curtains counts as deluxe. This would be unacceptable for $40 a night but for $90 it is beyond the pale. Luckily, the staff on duty could not have been more unhelpful and nothing was resolved. The stay was less than desirerable. The overall experience nothing
Disappointing as other La Quinta hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The place was under renovation so their was a lot of rubbish around. I booked a king suite as it had a desk it when we arrived it had the desk chair but no desk. When I went down to request a desk be placed in the room he started to argue with me saying it never had a desk. So I showed him the pictures of the room on booking.com and said there is the desk chair but no desk. He still wanted to argue and I said that is false advertising from you and bo... read more
I should not have chose a airport hotel & I NEVER WILL AGAIN The load airplane noise! I left the minute i got there because i knew I would not have been able to sleep and i was too tired! Nothing
Worst hotel experience of my life, someone in my room and no shades on the windows. They put us in a room that someone was already in! And then our new room was so bright from the lights outside it felt like daytime in the bedroom. The had pinned a bed sheet over the window to try and block the light…the photo I added shows how bright it was in the middle of the night. Shuttle to airport
Horrible Went there power was out took 30 minutes to have a rude staff member that was literally there watching me the whole time at the front desk say nobody can help you and the powers out. Why wait like that and be sitting in the guest area vs at least approach when you see someone waiting at the desk. They were literally of no help and said that since it was same day wouldn't be able to cancel or not charge for the room. Thank God I booked through booking who could help. Nothing
Very popular and busy hotel even while under construction Usually hotels close for construction… half done issues in the room/bsthroom. The breakfast was a typical continental meal-they provided hot eggs, biscuits and gravy and sausage Pattie’s, waffle maker, cereals, instant oatmeal etc. The elevator location requires you walk through a construction zone and the elevator is a bit scary as it drops when it takes off.
