Property looks messy and dirty The property looks messy and dirty, the ac in the common areas did not work. The room door didn't lock up, it was always open. bath tube was dirty. There were not water bottle in the room. There is a reception living room, furniture looks dirty. It is close to the airport

Very rude staff The pool was so dirty anybody could get in and out of the back door. It was not locked. The staff was so rude then on their website, they said they have a $50 deposit for breakage, but when I got there, it’s 100. Nothing
It's fine My first room smelled of stale pee i walked in and walked out again. They got me a different room that was much better. No info on airport shuttle, i emailed hotel 4 times prior to arrival, no response. Shuttle from hotel to airport only runs on the hour. Only managed to figure it out by calling them. Deapite being fully pre paid and even though i don't believe there's anything you can charge to your room, they still put a $100 hold on my credit card. Poor Destrato y desidia de la chica de check in. Desaparecía empleada municipal. La gente de limpieza la sentí más atenta. Tampoco me gustó lo mal que dan las instrucciones para encontrar el shuttle de Houston. Dicen mal la terminal. No saben explicar. Y pretenden uno llame por teléfono constantemente, cuando se supone hay gente de todo el mundo en Houston. Baja señal con roaming etc. La habitación y el café en el lobby
