I felt ignored when it came to asking for simple things like housekeeping Staff, lack of housekeeping the entire stay. Thr price and the renovations
Bad I didn't like the fact that I had to change rooms. 3 times the first room had no furniture, and then the second room had a nasty stinking odor coming from the conditioner. The air conditioner I wasn't able to speak to the manager to get my accommodations. I felt like I shouldn't have been charged for another day because I was so inconvenienced when I arrived on Thursday. After booking room approximately 12 am, the front desk rep informed guest that on the website it states there's no shuttle service after 9 pm and advised taking an uber from the airport; more than 20 mins to check in/get room; no water in stock to purchase, pork breakfast, dismissive front desk rep; 8:47 am text sent asking about the time guest will be checking out Short distance from airport
No shuttle service. We even had friends already at the hotel that let the staff know we were waiting at the door. We sto Everything would have been fine if the shuttle would have showed up! I don’t believe you should advertise a free airport shuttle if the service is NOT there Location was convenient
Staff are rude staff were rude unhelpful clearly they do not enjoy their job. Had to search for front desk staff . Blamed Booking.com for the policy our room was available bit said booking .com required an early checkin fee to be charged
Bad We were waiting the shuttle bus from the airport for an hour and half! We called the reception and the driver 9 times in total till we manage to get there! They were keep saying the driver will be there in 10’ and it was nowhere to be seen. All other hotel shuttle were keep coming but this guy. Another driver from la Quinta chain hotel asked us 20$ in order to take us there when the shuttle was supposed to be free. The room was extremely noisy.
