If it was just the room, I would stay here again. But not for the communication and the breakfast There were no tea bags anywhere, not in the room, not in the common area. No fresh milk except at breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing, soggy scrambled eggs, very processed meat patties, plastic wrapped muffins that were weirdly sticky, textureless bread, paper plates and plastic cutlery. Súper sucio La limpieza súper sucio , no lavan el baño , ni el lavabo hay cucarachas El hotel súper sucio me salió una cucaracha en la cama
Aspectos por mejorar Ofrecen el shuttle bus pero ya no estaba "funcionando" al horario que lo necesitábamos, a las 9:30pm. En el cuarto, solo había un basurero y las cortinas olían a humedad.

Recepción hostil, cuidado!! La atención del recepción era un hombre parecía latino de barba muy hostil, dijo que no hablaba español sin siquiera saludar primero, y todo el proceso de check inn se portó muy hostil demasiado , no me vuelo a quedar ahí, muy mala experiencia ojalá lo corran. Porque no tiene perfil de atención al cliente. Es.una lástima porque el hotel esta bien., nos dieron la habitación más sucia que tenían, pareciera intencional el recepcionista estaba molesto y enojado, si no le gusta su trabajo que cambie de... read more
