Good location, should’ve paid more and stayed at Hilton. You literally only get what you paid for. Reception staff not very welcoming, no smile Smelt of drugs in corridors Bath was dirty No lock on bathroom door No lotion in dispenser at sink No tissue papers in box on counter Outlet and usb not working one side of bedside No tea available, only coffee in room No water for coffee maker Location

Fair The water took a long time to get hot , then when it did it was lukewarm. Power went out for hours and we had an event to be to. Microwave didn’t work at all. Nets were everywhere down stairs while breakfast was being served which caused me to not eat breakfast. It was in a good location.

It was horrible and I had to cancel. The staff was nice about the cancellation but didn’t seem concerned for the fleas i The room had fleas on the bed so I had to cancel. The bathroom was dirty and the carpet was sticky. I would Definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The property entrance looks nice and clean

Ok room and near airport but get explicit directions for Inernational Terminal shuttle pickup Property sent pre-instructions about getting shuttle to hotel for only terminals a b and c domestic flights. No instructions for those travelers arriving at Terminal E where long- haul international flights arrive. When I called to get instructions for where to meet shuttle the front desk person said go to sign that says 4 D and simply said ask someone in the airport wearing a yellow vest where this sign is located at terminal E. It was a good stay, we stayed as a family 2 room 8 party. My brothers truck was stolen on the last stay Truck was stolen Friendly and good breakfast
