Una mala experiencia Que no tienen transporte desde el aeropuerto a partir de las 6 pm yo llegué en el último vuelo, tuve que pagar un taxi de 20 dlls, el hotel no está tan cerca del aeropuerto cuando llegue su sistema no servía no me podían dar la habitación estuvimos unas 8 personas esperando 45 min ya para ese entonces eran las 2 de la mañana cuando llegue a la habitación el baño estaba lleno de cabellos largos, la regadera tenía colgada una toalla sucia Las habitaciones amplias, un buen desayuno americano que empieza a l... read more

I get the hotel is trying to renovate, but exterminating FIRST! Roaches in the room! Lots of them on the table (like a confined nest). We turned up the a/c but it was broken. Room never cooled off! Smelled good

Very Poor
Would not recommend! Gave us a room that wasn’t ready, sheets of the beds. Gave us a second room that had roaches and red ants, switched our room again that had a disgusting looking bathtub, then offered a $10 discount. Could never get in contact with the manager.
Average stay Complementary breakfast was not good . Location is good and rooms are spacious

I was not pleased at all. I booked 2 rooms as I was traveling with 5 children and 2 adults. I called and confirmed that the rooms were right next door to each other as I was putting my kids in. The lady working at the time I checked in told me she didn’t have any available rooms side by side. I could put them on the 2nd floor or the 4th floor and me on the 3rd floor. I told her that wouldn’t work she said there’s nothing else she can do. So I had to cancel my 2nd room and I have to make some of my kids sleep on the floor. Lo... read more
