Disappointing There were cockroaches in the room provided and as a facility that allows pets, the dogs would bark uncontrollably at night disturbing my sleep. Spacious
Disappointing There was an OVERWHELMING perfume smell throughout. Extremely strong. Buckets in the hallway to connect leak drips. Sticky nasty floors in the elevator. Automatic perfume sprayer in the elevator. Comfortable bed and good breakfast

Close to airport, clean enough No food service other than a light breakfast bar. Cash only hotel “market” of frozen foods and candy. What year is this? Staff was luke warm at best. Would not stay again.. Nice bed
Customer service appalling, room fine The hold on my card hasn’t been refunded a week after staying and they won’t answer their messages about this. I am no longer in the USA and there is no email contact. I hate complaining about these things publicly but there has been no response from the hotel. The property was fine but the follow up service is terrible.
Very Poor Free Shuttle did not pick us up at airport and we had to pay for a cab. Morning Shuttle to airport was earlier than scheduled and we could not have the complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for breakfast at the airport. Definitely not a value. Room was nice and comfortable.
