Really proximity is the only bonus for this hotel. shuttle service is very limited - buyer be aware This is an airport hotel. A hotel that exists only because of it's proximity to the airport. It should, therefore, provide round the clock shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle service is very limited and is not available at all at night and only hourly for limited hours during the day. This is unacceptable and meant we needed to hire an Uber. Hated it. The staff was awful. The information provided about the shuttle was incorrect and we ended up having to pay for a taxi to the hotel or wait for an hour plus. The reason we chose this hotel was because there was supposed to be a shuttle available to us to and from the airport. Never again. There is nothing nearby to eat.

OK I was not aware that I need to call the hotel to get the free shuttle pickup. I had no local phone. So I tried many times to contact the hotel without success. I also tried to get help from other shuttle drivers with the same hotel for pickup but they were not responsible for clients at this location and told me to try calling via the taxi stand but there was no one there to help. After about an hour, I finally got help from a shuttle driver not associated with any of the La Quinta Inns and he called the hotel for me and ... read more

the hotel is passable, all the facilities and staff belong to Monty Python It is almost impossible to understand the staff's English. It was largely a guessing game. I called and ordered the shuttle on arrival and was told 5 minutes, it came 30 minutes later. I was asked to wait outside and it was cold and drizzly. When I called, more than once, each time I was told he went somewhere else first, another 5 minutes please wait outside - so why didnt they tell me and I would have waited inside in the dry and warmth? Inform the front desk of your terminal, and they will dispatch the shuttle for pickup. The shuttle typically arrives within 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic. It was cool for the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Ac didn’t work properly, the room smelled weird, and I’m not sure when I’m getting my deposit back. Easy check in.
