Adequate hotel for overnight stop near the airport Room could have been cleaner shower was dirty, staff not very helpful and we've been charged twice for our room, no one responds to our emails either. Location good near airport and easy walk to local restaurants and bar. Shuttle bus was ok to get to the airport but had to ring to get it to pick you up for international travels this isn't easy and others said that the hotel didn't respond xnyway

Ok, but NOT Ok.... After the first night, I began to notice that the room was MOIST!! A/C worked(had it on 73), but the room was like damp, the floors, the bedding, the chairs, everything in the room became a damp feeling (anything that can absorb moisture, did!). There were knats. So it started to have a dewy smell within the last couple of days there. I'm not sure if other rooms have this issue, but it will cause a problem for them. Poor service from shuttle driver and reception I have made this reservation for my sister in law and have send a message through booking.com directly to the hotel about it My sister was rejected 2 times from the shuttle driver at the airport. She stood 3 hours and paid for a cab herself At the reception she was rejected once again and i had to call the hotel from Europe at 2 AM to verify that the booking was for her. Poor service from shuttle driver and the person at the reception

Temper Your Expectations At check-in, I paid for the room and they took an additional $100 security deposit on the room. The next day, after I checked out, both had been deducted from my checking account/debit card. Now I have to fight with them to get my $100 credit back. The hotel is under renovation and should be nice when completed. One double bed was essentially on the floor while the other was on a pedestal. The air conditioning was modest at best. Hotel has potential. But it was a total disappointment Shuttle hours should be consistent. We booked specifically because shuttle service was offered. Arrived 9:15pm and Shuttle was not in service. Print sign says shuttle hours 5-10pm. Took over 45 minutes to check in. Only 1 person at reception. Beds were comfortable
