Bad My vehicle was stolen. They don’t have cameras. The staff is ridiculous. Require cash deposits that’s not anywhere stated online or in the establishment. Horrible customer service.
Bad Place was dirty, had roaches on the floor and on the bathroom sink. Carpets have not been clean in like years and look disgusting. Bed sheets were clean Free shuttle to the airport
Disgusting hotel that you need shots to enter. The stains, the cockroach the incompetent employees, the frustration of trying to find a working ice machine, the 24 hour "locked door" that was propped open with a rock, the ripped privacy curtain... Nothing went well. Nothing was good. Everything was horrible. From the stains on every surface to the cockroach in our bathroom. I did not feel safe at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Mala experiencia La limpieza de las zonas comunales, deberían cambiar la alfombra de los pisos. Nunca me solucionaron el cambio de fecha y tuve que pagar el día que no fui y el del siguiente día. La cama estuvo muy cómoda.
Under Renovation. The hotel does not look clean at all. They are under renovation, but you can tell the cleanliness was not up kept over the years. The hallways looked bad, but once inside the room it looked cleaner. It you are someone that cares about astetics you will not like this hotel. It you just need a place to lay your head before catching a flight the next morning this place will do. It was 3 miles to the airport.
Don't be tricked on the proximity to IAH, place is a dump, no wonder there's no money back policy. Simply disgusting.
