Room was clean and sufficiently stocked with towels and necessary sundries. Outside facilities were unsightly because of Insufficient parking, staff was not at the counter for about 30 minutes. It was late hour shift until finally someone showed up to check us in. We were tired after a overseas flight and had called during that day to advise of our late night arrival. Close to airport after a late night flight

Disappointing There was neither the promised shuttle service on arrival in Houston nor breakfast. This eliminates two advantages that make the hotel attractive to travelers in the announcement. I have stayed at this hotel several times, not because I like it so much, but because it is conveniently located near the airport. I had also heard that it would be renovated in the last few months. Even for a cheap hotel, I feel I overpaid to stay here. Unfriendly staff, construction everywhere within the hotel so it was dirty everywhere. The room was so-so, the bathroom had hair in the corners like it had been 'cleaned' in a hurry. The noise from the street is very loud, but the noise within the hotel was worse! TERRIBLE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED. THERE WERE NO ROOMS AS THEY DID NOT HAVE POWER. SO WE HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT AT THE AIRPORT. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY DIDN'T GIVE US AN ALTERNATIVE.

Fair Hotel is undergoing construction. They opened really for Houston to stay during power outages after hurricane beryl. Due to construction excess cement grout paint on tile floors in entrance, bathroom, and new shower pan. Rooms/furniture update is nice. But construction workers are doing messy job in bathrooms entrance and hotel is waiting on them to remove their mess. Hotel worked in a clench for my son and I to reside when we had no place to stay due to outage
