Fair - ladies who tried to check me in were rude and have no knowledge of what they were doing , they shouldn’t be working at the reception. Claimed they could not pull up my booking and had asked for ‘airline ‘ confirmation # ,while I said so many times that booking was thru booking.com. They had no customer service skills and no knowledge of their booking system . Rooms were spacious and clean.

Decisamente no Innanzitutto il servizio appena arrivati alla reception, personale scortese che ha mandato via in malo modo una coppia di ragazzi che avevano prenotato la camera su booking, nonostante gli stessi avevano mostrato la prenotazione e invece che scusarsi con loro per il disguido hanno iniziato a dire una serie di parolacce in spagnolo. トラブルも収まって部屋は悪くなかったけど次は予約しない 工事中だったこと。エレベーターが奥に一つだったこと。 でもこれらはまだacceptable だとしても、 無料シャトルのお迎えが機能していなかったのはx。 受付が1人だったせいか、空港からシャトルの依頼で電話しても(電話するように言われたので)全く取ってもらえず(周りにいた人にあそこはとらないよとまで言われた)結局お金を払ってホテルまで行くことになったこと。 その上、一緒に行った同僚の予約が受け付けられていなくて(confirmed という連絡をもらっていたにも拘らず) Booking.comの問題と取り合わず相部屋になったが悪びれず、まるで最初からどのつもりだったかのように扱われたこと。 部屋は広めで良かったです

Fair Storm damage This is not a fair time to rate this property. The building suffered damage from the recent storms in Houston. The staff was excellent and I'm sure that when they have recovered from the storm damage it will be an excellent place to stay again.

Dirty and old rooms- terrible noise. Room was super dirty, there was evento pretzrls on The carpet. There was an ongoing renovation. My neighbors were loud so it was difficult to sleep. The shower broke in the middle of me taking a shower.

My stay was a harrowing and painful ordeal. On July 8, I arrived in Houston with my son. That morning, Hurricane Beverly struck Houston, causing widespread power outages, including at our hotel. We arrived that night at 11 pm and, despite the circumstances, were denied access to the hotel.
