Horrible experience. This was after the storm so they didn't have power. I understand that a storm had passed but they never offered a refund or any type of discount. The rooms were not ready so we waited in the lobby. I was skipped my fair turn for a room over others. When we got to the room, it seemed to be clean but my kids found chicken bones under the bed. It was disgusting. Very bad experience.

The whole place needs to be shut down while it gets a deep clean and finishes the reconstruction. The furniture had white stains all over. The head board had a slimy looking goo on it. The bathroom was covered in hair and did not have a single roll of toilet paper stocked when we arrived in our room. The vents in the lobby were either all leaking, or appeared to have been covered in mold.

Mal servicio de transporte Solicité servicio de suttle del aeropuerto al hotel y nunca vino, tuve que pagar un taxi carísimo para que nos llevara al hotel. Llegamos a la 01h por vuelo retrasado, pedí un late check out y no se podía. Cercanía

Disappointing No me gusto para nada el desayuno. Las mesas estaban sucias y como estaban haciendo reformas en el hotel estaba todo sucio. El servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel termina a las 10:30 pm y no había ningún lugar en la web que lo especificara. Me gusto mucho la habitación, estaba limpia y tenía lo necesario para poder dormir una noche cómoda. También me pareció importante que tuviesen el transporte al aeropuerto.

Disappointing First, they had the hotel under renovation, which is understandable, but upon arrival there were 3 guests complaining that their A/C was not working, that the plumbing was broken, that the rooms smelled of humidity, and the manager was threatening to call the police because they did not want to stay and the I didn't want to return the money, the breakfast would be in a state of construction, the bathrooms in the lobby was out of service, both and a manager was treated customer horrible primero tenían el hotel e... read more
