Ehh I tried calling ahead of gettin there to let them know I’d be arriving in the early morning hours but nobody answered. I got to the hotel & they couldn’t find my reservation yet I had been charged 30mins before even showing up. The next morning I got called to the hotel room phone to come downstairs because I wasn’t supposed to even be in the room. They couldn’t find my reservation or info in their system. Terrible attention and dirty rooms. Pésima atención y habitaciones sucias. English: The attention in general. From the moment of my arrival I noticed a strange attitude. We had some inconveniences to check in, which were later fixed. I wanted to use the pool at 10 a.m., which is open from 9 a.m. according to hotel hours, but they were cleaning it at that time and they wouldn't let me in, they asked me to come back at 11 a.m. and I had to go to back then.
